The customer is a buyer of large offline chain pet stores in New Zealand. Their previous supplier’s products had two obvious problems: low-grade recording module with constant obvious noise and rough sound quality; buttons were easy to wear out, collapse and malfunction after period of use, causing many customer complaints and poor repurchase rate, damaging store reputation.

The customer intended to switch to a reliable manufacturer, requiring same appearance and same price system, no extra cost, fundamentally solve noise and easy damage problems by upgrading hardware accessories for long-term offline sales.

We arranged our technical team for evaluation immediately and made an efficient optimization plan. We only replaced two core functional components: first, upgraded high-quality noise reduction recording main control part to suppress noise from circuit source for pure clear recording; second, adopted reinforced button accessories with improved force structure to withstand frequent pressing without deformation, collapse or damage.
